Terms of Use · Busy Kids

These terms are an agreement between you and Editale OÜ, registry code 17430609, Narva mnt 7-557, 10117 Tallinn, Estonia (“we”). They apply to the Busy Kids and Bukovki («Буковки») apps for iPhone, iPad and Android, to the web version of the app, and to the websites busykids.academy and bukovki.app (together, “the service”). By using the service you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Who the service is for

The apps are made for children aged 2–7 to use with a parent nearby. The account, purchases and settings are for parents: you must be an adult (of legal age in your country) to create an account or buy Premium. Everything a child could use to buy, sign in or leave the app is behind a parental gate.

2. The account

An account is optional in the mobile apps. It is needed for the web version and for purchases on the website.
You sign in with a one-time code sent to your email, with Sign in with Apple or with Google. Keep access to that email or account: it is how you get back in.
One account is meant for one family. Do not share it outside your household.
You can delete the account at any time in the app (parents’ area) or in your account on the website. Deleting the account does not cancel a subscription bought through the App Store, Google Play or RuStore — cancel it there (see section 5).

3. Free version and Premium

The free version lets a child try every activity: each day the child gets a few “suns”, and each visit to an activity uses one. Suns reset at midnight and do not accumulate. The free version also includes the companion Лучик (Uni), up to 3 child profiles and all stickers.
Premium removes the daily limit, unlocks all companions and allows up to 10 child profiles. Stickers are never sold for money; they are earned with stars.
Premium is available as a monthly or yearly subscription or as a lifetime one-time purchase. A free trial may be offered on some plans; the trial length is shown before you confirm.
Prices, the billing period and the trial are always shown before you pay. Prices include the taxes that apply where you live, if any.
Purchases made in earlier versions of the apps keep giving access to Premium.

4. Where you pay

In the apps: through the App Store, Google Play or RuStore. These purchases are also governed by the store’s own terms, and the store handles billing, cancellation and refunds.
On the website: by card through Stripe (via RevenueCat Billing) or, for payments in roubles on bukovki.app, through lava.top when this method is available. The seller is Editale OÜ.

5. Subscriptions: renewal and cancellation

A subscription renews automatically at the end of each period and is charged again, until you cancel it.
A free trial turns into a paid subscription at its end unless you cancel before the trial ends.
To cancel: App Store — Settings › your name › Subscriptions; Google Play — Play Store › Payments & subscriptions › Subscriptions; RuStore — in the RuStore app; website purchases — in your account on the website. In the app you can also open subscription management from the parents’ area.
Store subscriptions must be cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period to avoid the next charge.
After cancellation, Premium stays active until the end of the paid period. We do not refund unused parts of a period except as described in the Refund Policy or required by law.
If we change the price of a subscription, we tell you in advance; the new price applies from the next period, and you can cancel before it starts.

6. Lifetime purchase

A lifetime purchase gives Premium for as long as we provide the app, on all devices where you sign in to the same account or the same store account, without further payments.

7. Licence and content

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the service for your family’s non-commercial use.
The apps, their characters (Лучик, Рыжик, Робик), texts, illustrations, sounds and code belong to Editale OÜ or our licensors. Do not copy, resell, decompile or modify them except where the law expressly allows it.
What your child creates — drawings, colourings, melodies, Word Workshop videos — is yours. It is stored on your device; if you share it, you decide with whom.
Some content comes from third parties under their licences (for example, the Microban puzzle collection); the credits are shown in the app.

8. Acceptable use

Do not use the service to break the law, to interfere with its operation or security, to access other people’s accounts, or to send spam through the support form.

9. Changes and availability

We keep improving the apps: activities, content and features may be added, changed or removed. We try to keep the service available but cannot promise that it will always work without interruption. The apps do not contain advertising, and we will not add it.

10. Liability

We provide the service with reasonable care. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses or for losses caused by events beyond our control. Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it cannot be limited by law, or the rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country of residence.

11. Ending the agreement

You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms; if we do so without your fault, you keep the right to a refund for the unused paid period.

12. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of Estonia. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live, and you can bring a claim in the courts of that country. Please write to us first — most issues are solved quickly by email.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The current version is always on this page with its date. If a change affects you significantly, we tell you in the app or by email before it takes effect.
